Our aim is to ensure everyone on the course enjoy a safe, friendly and valuable learning experience. To ensure this we have a number of terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before booking or call us on 01442 413194 to discuss.

• A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to reserve a place, the balance will be due 14 days before the start date of your course.
  
• Payment can be made by cheque. Cheques to be made payable to .
  
• A letter confirming the start date of the course and invoice will be sent on receipt of a booking form.
  
• The fee covers the use of all tools and materials required for the course.
  
• Delegates will be required to bring protective hard boots and work wear/overalls. Protective gloves, glasses and ear protection, if required, will be provided to use free of charge during the course.
  
• Cancellation Policy: Fees excluding deposits are refundable if written cancellation is received at least 21 days prior to course start date, otherwise the full fee becomes payable. If the delegate is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances a new date may be offered at the discretion of Paradise Training.
  
• Paradise Training reserves the right to alter booking arrangements if necessary and has the right to refuse any application.
  
• Paradise Training cannot be held responsible for accommodation. Any information provided is to assist in your search for accommodation. You are responsible for your own accommodation booking.
